Reclaim your physical health, vitality and mental wellness

As a Naturopath, Nutritionist & Psychotherapist, I am passionate about:

  • giving you hope;
  • giving you tools for positive and sustainable change;
  • working together “relationally” to discover what YOU need to heal;
  • helping you be the best version of yourself.

I will support you to live more consciously and fully:

  • with authenticity and truth;
  • with trust and understanding;
  • with a wholistic approach to your physical & mental health care;
  • by working collaboratively with other health care providers;
  • through a willingness to learn, and to educate;
  • by creating a safe space to allow for pausing, reflection and honesty.

My specific areas of interest include:

*gut microbiome & digestive concerns (IBS, IBD etc)  *mood concerns & mental health (anxiety, depression, OCD) *chronic fatigue *chronic inflammation *allergies *food intolerances  *chronic pain *thyroid disease *auto-immune conditions *Psychotherapy & Counselling sessions – for living consciously & mindfully

I know what it is like to be out of balance

My journey to become a Naturopath began in my 20’s when I developed digestive problems, was moody and had cystic acne. Modern medicine didn’t have the answers for me. With the help of a Naturopath/Nutritionist I turned my health around within 3 months. I was so inspired by the dramatic change in my health, I decided to quit my job and study Naturopathy, Nutrition & Herbal Medicine. Then later, with an interest in how our mind effects our body symptoms, went onto study Gestalt Psychotherapy, Counselling and Mindfulness.

I went on to develop a busy practice, but then a physical accident changed the cause of my journey. I developed chronic pain, and ultimately became a sick Naturopath and an anxious Psychotherapist.

It was an opportunity for pausing and reflecting, nourishing, learning and rebooting. I became aware of both the strengths and limits of my original training, so I furthered my studies in functional medicine & psychology and began to heal myself with what I had learned and already knew, yet had forgotten.

I want to give you the opportunities I didn’t have

I am a Sydney Naturopath (based in North Sydney) servicing clients through Western Sydney, Southern Sydney and Northern Beaches of Sydney.  I have been working in my own practice for 20 years. As well as my original studies in Naturopathy, Herbal Medicine and Nutrition, I have also studied Counselling and Gestalt Psychotherapy.  I later developed a fascination for neuroscience and pain management, and how the brain can change itself and therefore the body – with mindfulness specific practices.  These tools, along with utilising Integrative and Functional pathology laboratories plus general traditional labs – I seek to find the underlying causes of your health or mental health problems.

My own experience and education allow me to guide people gently, yet with focus, to be ‘consciously well’ and thrive.

And because I am not perfect, it is ok for you not to be perfect either! After all – it is all about progress, not perfection.
